I think David talked wisdom when he said the guy was not worth the
trouble of going after him, and that he gained much from the
experience (in the circumstances, small fee involved) He may just have
saved a few thousands on a future bigger scam he won't fall into...
And... maybe David can bill him with a true value of the work done and
